Once a consultation is already underway, we maintain a no-cancellation and no-refund policy due to the personalized nature of our coaching services. All purchases are final.

However, under special circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Atanu Ghosh. Any such decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
